My Uniden BCT-15 & BCT-15X Police Radio Scanners are collecting dust So what to do with them?

I Could Not Find them on a Simple Google Image Search either LOL!!

You Will See the Uniden BCT-15 has an Unpopulated 10 Pin Programming Header the Uniden BCT-15X Has a 14 Pin Programming Header

Both Now Have Had Header Pins Installed For Future Probing Around!

Not seeing anything special on the surface, My curiosity for the best of me.. So, Knowing Jtag Headers are present.  I pulled the main RF Shields What Was Found?

Usually they will put if it requires a pass code in device info under special information listing the hex addresses they do not on this one but not on this one. When you load the device it will tell you on the terminal as Configure Word.
