You can Find the SM84UP with out the inserts relatively cheap and people seem to want your left arm for one complete with the 7 inserts/plates.

Are generally out of stock everyplace and over $120 for some plastic… So why not 3D Print them.

I wanted the Numbers to be inset and different color so using the BambuLab X1C Ams this was accomplished by having 2 objects. In the slicer make 1 Object black one white or other combination of colors. I printed these in ones in PLA.

Time Lapse Of Print 3 Hour Multi Color Print.

Part 1: Finished Printing On the Bambu Lab X1C

Part 2 Parts Removed Form Build Plate

Part 3 Removing Supports Form Prints

With all the Supports removed, I will need to find a way to make the support transition cleaner maybe use PETG as the support material.

I am Not Sure if I will make the Cad Files Public.

I’m currently waiting for the right deal on an SM84up Adapter, so I haven’t tested the fit yet. However, the dimensions are precise, and I’m confident they will be a perfect fit. I will update when i get a SM84UP Adapter.
