I had the privilege of appearing at the Washington State Senate Environment, Energy & Technology Committee Hearing on HB1392 Right to Repair, #RighttoRepair on March 22, 2023.
Despite stumbling hard during my testimony, I believe I managed to make a meaningful contribution to the discussion. The stress of having to shorten my one minute. 30 second testimony on the fly to just 1 minute or less and not being accustomed to public speaking, I was very nervous, especially when I started to stumble. Nonetheless, I’m proud that I stepped out of my comfort zone and spoke up for what I believe in.
